My Journey to Release and Rest
Release & Rest began as a simple Instagram broadcast channel—a space where I could process life’s challenges, share scripture, and remind myself to rest in God’s truth. What started as personal healing quickly became a ministry. I realized I wasn’t alone—so many others were quietly carrying heavy burdens, striving to hold it all together while longing for peace. In that season, God placed it on my heart to create something tangible—tools that would help others experience the same renewal and rest I had found in Him. What began as my way to navigate life’s trials has now become a faith-based collection designed to guide weary hearts toward surrender, stillness, and spiritual restoration.
